Enhanced Voicemail

As a voicemail is received, ACI's system can send an email to the user, or a group notifying them a message has been left. In addition, a copy of the voicemail can also be delivered in the email in the form of a .WAV file. This helpful feature allows users to hear their messages without the need to call back into the voicemail system.
