Flexible coverage options: Resellers can choose to offer services locally, regionally or nationally. With one aggregation point you can have access to multiple carriers, including Bell, Telus, Aliant and MTS, all with one point of contact.
Connection Options: Resale model
Ordering and online tracking: ACI offers an interactive customer portal to assist you in pre-qualifying customers; as well as the ordering, tracking and canceling of individual circuits. The portal also offers the ability to place and update trouble tickets with the option to receive trouble ticket updates via e-mail.
Customer premise equipment: ACI uses Netopia equipment and will pre-configure and ship the CPE to your location nearing the completion of the provisioning process.
Installation: Reseller will be responsible for installation of the CPE.
Technical Support: ACI will provide Tier 2/3 support to ensure you receive high network performance, availability and service.
