Ordering Process
As orders are received into the reseller they are able to provide the information back to ACI's staff in a simplified and secure manner. Resellers are provided access to our specialized gateway where they are able to check for service availability and qualify their clients, then ultimately place their orders in a quick and easy fashion. Provisions are made for customization on each order as required. Once an order is places, ACI's sales and ordering staff will evaluate the order, confirm service availability, and qualify the order for the provisioning process.
