Accelerated Connections is proud to announce that as of Monday November 14th 2011, standard technical support hours will be extended to be 8:00am - Midnight, Monday to Friday, with additional coverage on weekends from 9:00am - 5:00pm EST. Emergency on-call support remains available during afterhours periods. This addition has effectively increased immediate support coverage by 45% during weekdays.

Accelerated Connections is committed to the continual improvement of it's products and services to it's nationwide portfolio of enterprise clientele. One of the ways in which ACI improves on it's existing services is to offer complimentary value-added features free of charge. As part of these add-ons, ACI has launched a comprehensive Network Status page, which clearly outlines current data, voice and co-location network alarms, including a complete list of upcoming maintenance as required.
This new tool will help both our direct clients and reseller network keep track of any network downtime in one quick and simple click. In addition to the network status page, ACI will continue to send appropriate alert emails for all network outages and / or scheduled maintenance periods.
